How to Use Custom Domain Feature

Precondition to Use the Custom Domain Feature

To set your custom domain, there are several conditions that you must fulfill, including:

  1. Have an active domain
  2. Have DNS Manager access

How to Setup Custom Domain Features

Step 1: Login to with your username and password.

Step 2: Click the Account Settings menu> Custom Domain tab.

Step 3: In the Custom Domain for Form / Landing Page field, enter your domain and start with any word you want.

Example: If your primary domain is, you can fill in this field with

Next, click the Submit button.

Step 4: Click the OK button on the Popup Succes. The user custom domain has been updated.

Step 5: Click the sample link and enter the record that will appear in your DNS Manager. The format is as follows:

  • Type: CNAME
  • Name: Your Sub Domain. If your subdomain is, then what you write in this section is simply the word “shop”.
  • Target / Value:
  • TTL: 7200 or auto.

Step 6: Click the Forms menu. On the Manage Forms tab, select an available form. In the ACTION section select the View button. Then your form URL will direct to the subdomain that you have specified automatically. If it still not directed, please wait about 2 minutes to 24 hours for propagation.


Edit URL

With the custom domain feature activated, you can also edit the default URL with your own URL.

For example, the default URL of a form is, you can change the URL with

Note: characters like n7j64sE1 and CIg87Xz5 are characters that appear automatically and randomly from the system. The URL that you can replace is the word after the sign (/) and before the sign (-).

To edit the URL the steps are as follows:

Step 1: Click the Forms menu.

Step 2: On the Manage Forms tab, select one of the available forms or landing pages. Then in the ACTION column select the Edit URL option.

Step 3: Then the EDIT URL popup will appear. In the available filed replace with the word you want.

Step 4: Click the Submit button.

Step 5: Click the OK button on the Success popup. The URL has been updated.

How to Speed up the Domain Propagation Process (optional)

If you have followed the tutorial video above, and after a couple of hours or days the custom domain feature is not active yet, please take the following steps. Precondition

  • You are required to use the Cloudflare service
  • Domains have pointed perfectly on Cloudflare before

The reasons you must use Cloudflare are as follows: Not all DNS managers are good. So, if you’ve done everything in the tutorial but the domain still not working, it means that your DNS Manager needs improvement. We use Cloudflare because it is better and free. crucial notes: This method is NOT for CPanel users In the video above, we set the TTL to be 7200 seconds (See red box)

If you have set a TTL in 7200 or 2 minutes, please change it to Auto.
