Using Tags in the Automation Features

This tutorial will explain how to use tags in the automation feature.

A tag can be interpreted as a sign. In the context of email marketing, this tag serves to mark subscribers on a list.

For example, there are 100 subscribers in a list that we have. We can mark those who often open our broadcasts and those who rarely open them with this tag.

It turned out that from several broadcasts, those who often opened the email broadcast only 30 people. The 70 people rarely even never open the email that we send.

So from here, we can consider and make a decision on these 70 subscribers, whether to keep or delete those subscribers.

It can actually be done manually by tagging or giving signs to subscribers.

However, if it turns out that the number of subscribers has reached hundreds or even tens of thousands, we need to use the automation feature to do it.

Here’s the guide.
