How to Integrate Tawk.To With KIRIM.EMAIL

Tawk.To is a free live chat software that is extensively used by websites and online shops worldwide. Suppose you wish to combine Tawk.to with KIRIM.EMAIL, you’ll need Zapier, Pabbly Connect, KonnectzIT, and other similar services.

Here we’ll show you how to do the integration.

Integrating Tawk.To With KIRIM.EMAIL Via Zapier

Zapier is the first option for integrating Tawk.to with KIRIM.EMAIL. Ensure the PRE-CHAT setting on Tawk.to is turned on before integrating it. If not, please first enable the setting, which you may learn about here.

To do the integration, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to https://zapier.com/app/dashboard.
2. Click the Create a Zap button.
3. In the Name your Zap field, give your integration a name.
4. Make the following settings in the Trigger section::
   1. Type Tawk.to in the App Event.
   2. Select one of the three Trigger Events. In this tutorial, we selected the New Chat Started.
   3. Click Continue.
   4. In the Choose Account section, please log in to your Tawk.to account first. We don’t need to log in first in this tutorial since we’ve previously logged in and did the integration.
   5. Click Continue.
   6. Select the Property of your Tawk.to account in the Setup Trigger section.
   7. Click the Continue button.
   8. Click the Test Trigger button.
   9. Click the Continue button.
5. In the Action section, make the following settings :
   1. Type KIRIM.EMAIL in the App Event.
   2. Select Add Subscriber in the Action Event field.
   3. Click Continue.
   4. In the Choose Account section, please log in to your KIRIM.EMAIL account first with your username and API Token. In this tutorial, we don’t need to log in since we’ve previously logged in and did the integration.
   5. Click the Continue button.
   6. In the Set up action section, do a data mapping such as list name, subscriber name, and email address.
   7. Click the Continue button.
   8. Click the Test & Continue button.
   9. Click the Turn on Zap button.
   10. Now your Zap has been created successfully. When a chat comes in, the name and email address data will automatically be added to your list at KIRIM.EMAIL.
