How to Integrate Your Apps/Platforms with KIRIM.EMAIL Using Zapier

Now you can integrate your accounts across multiple platforms into KIRIM.EMAIL using Zapier. Zapier is a website-based automation tool that allows you to integrate your accounts across multiple platforms very easily.

There are two methods to integrate zapier:

  • Using Zap Templates
  • Creating Zap Manually

Zap Templates

You can integrate various platforms with KIRIM.EMAIL through templates. To do this, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Take a look at the following Zap Templates:

Click the “Use this Zap” button on the platform you wish to integrate with KIRIM.EMAIL. As an example in this tutorial we choose the Google Form platform: Subscribe new Google Forms submissions to KIRIM.EMAIL.

Step 3

Log in to Zapier with your account.

Step 4

Change the Zap title to your liking

Step 5

In the ‘When this happens’, please log in to your Google Form account and click the Continue button.

 

Step 6

In the Customize Response section, select the name of the spreadsheet and worksheet that you want to integrate into KIRIM.EMAIL. Then click the Continue button.

Step 7

Click the Test Trigger button to test whether this Zap Template can be used for integration with KIRIM.EMAIL or not.

If you are successful you will get the message ‘We found a response!’. After that click the Continue button.

Step 8

After that in the ‘Do this…‘ Click the Continue button.

Step 9

Login to your KIRIM.EMAIL account with your username and Rest API Token. After that, click the Yes, Continue! button

 

Step 10

Then go back to ‘Do this ..’ section, click the Continue button.

 

Step 11

Please select your list name, eg email address, full names, or tags if any. Then click the Continue button.

Step 12

In the Send Data section, you can skip this process or select Test & Continue.

In this step, we choose the Test & Continue button.

Step 13.

If successful, the information Test was successful will appear! Then click the Turn On Zap button to activate the integration.

After completing the process, you can also share the Zap that you have created with others by copying the link in the popup provided.

Done.

 

Creating Zap Manually

Step 1

Login to https://zapier.com with the account you have.

Step 2

After that click the Make a Zap button.

Step 3

Give your Zap a name. In ‘When this happens..’ select the application or platform that you want to integrate with KIRIM.EMAIL.

You can visit the https://zapier.com/apps page to see all the platforms available on Zapier.

Step 4

Select one of the available events, then click the Continue button.

Step 5

Please login on the platform you choose using your accoun

If so, please click the Continue button.

Step 6

In the Find Data section, please click the Test Trigger button.

In this tutorial, no data appears because on the Google Contact platform there are no stored contacts. You can repeat this test or skip it.

Step 7

Then the test results will appear. Please select the Continue button.

Step 8

In the Do This section, select the KIRIM.EMAIL platform.

Step 9

Choose an available event. There are 2 events that you can choose from, namely:

  • Add Subscriber
  • Remove Subscriber.

After that, click the Continue button.

Step 10

Select your KIRIM.EMAIL account and click the Continue button.

Step 11

In the Customize Subscriber section, execute the names of the available lists and do the mapping by matching the available fields. After that, click the Continue button.

Step 12

In the Send Data section, you can skip the test or continue by clicking the Test & Continue button.

Step 13

Finally, activate the Zap by clicking the Turn On Zap button.

And you have successfully created Zap.

Done.
