The KIRIM.EMAIL form comes with GDPR Consent. There are two methods to enable it on the form; you may only select one. The two methods are :
Method 1: via “Select A Field”
To enable GDPR Consent via “Select a Field”, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to aplikasi.kirim.email.
- Click on the Forms menu.
- Create a new form or edit an existing one.
- Fill in the fields in all sections: Lists, Tags, Content, Fields, and Design.
- Focus on the Fields section.
- Click on the Select a Field button and then select/search for the Consent GDPR option.
- After the field appears, set the options whether it is required or optional.
- To see how it looks on the form, please take a look at the Design section.
- Then turn on the status form, and then click on the Save button to save the settings you made.
- Click OK on the success notification.
- Finished.
Notes :
If you use this method to enable GDPR Consent, you cannot change or edit the text description in the GDPR Consent checklist. It can be edited only via List-Subscribers in another menu. Alternatively, please use the second method below if you want to change it with your own sentence.
Method 2 : via “Add New Field”
To enable GDPR Consent via “Add New Field”, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to aplikasi.kirim.email
- Click on the Forms menu.
- Create a new form or edit an existing one.
- Fill in the fields in all sections: Lists, Tags, Content, Fields, and Design.
- Focus on the Fields section.
- Click on the Add New Field button.
- Then provide a name for the field > select the Consent Check / GDPR option in the field type > provide a checklist text > and set whether this field is required or optional. As an example of the checklist text : “I consent to receive promotional emails about Your products and services.”
- To see how it looks on the form, please take a look at the Design section.
- Click OK on the success notification.
- Finished.
