How to create a Single Opt-In form

There are 3 Opt-In Forms on KIRIM.EMAIL, including:

  • Simple Opt-In
  • Double Opt-In
  • Single Opt-In

On this page, we will learn about how to manage forms with single opt-in. Please refer to the following steps.

How to create a Single Opt-In form

Step 1

Open your browser and type Then log in with your username and password.

Step 2

When you are on the dashboard page, click the Forms menu.

Click the New Form button on the Manage Forms page

Step 4

Then, the Create new form pop-up appears. In this pop-up specify:

  • What's the name of your form? 
  • Which list will you use to store data? Give a checkmark on the List. If you don't have a list, please create one first.

If you have specified these 2 things, then click the Create Form button.

Step 5

On the page, as shown in the following image, in the CONTENT section, select column number 3: Single Opt-In.

In this section, there are 3 tabs which include:

  • Form
  • Approval Settings
  • Post Sign Up.

For the 3 tab settings please follow the instructions below.

Form tab

  • Title: Write the headline of your form.
  • Description: Write a description or explanation or copywriting of your form.
  • Youtube Code: Enter your Youtube url. (optional)
  • Button Submit Label: Specify the name of the submit button.
  • Button Close Label: Specify the name of the exit button.

The display will appear on the right in the DESIGN section.

Tab Approval Settings

On this tab, you can move or copy the data into another list. The settings are as follows:

  • Approval option: Here you can select the option to Move Subscribers or Copy Subscribers. To move, when there are data leads that enter via this email, it will be immediately transferred to the list that you specified in the Send Approval Link section. As for copying, the result that will occur is duplicating data. So that the leads data stored through this form will be duplicated into another list.
  • Send approval link: In this section, you can determine the list of destinations for the approval option you choose. If you do not wish to move or duplicate the list data, please leave this section blank. Please specify which email address will be sent to your confirmation email.

Post Sign Up tab

In this section, you are asked to determine what steps need to be taken after the form has successfully submitted your leads data.

In this tab, there are 2 sections, including:

  • SIGNED-UP: a message appears after leads send their data.
  • CONFIRMED: the message appears after a lead clicks the link in the confirmation email.

This section has 2 essential parts.

  • If you choose Show message, you must fill in the Title and Message which will appear after the leads take certain actions.
  • Meanwhile, if you choose to redirect then you need to create a website page first.

Step 6

Then the display appears as shown below.

In this section what we need to focus on are the 2 buttons in the upper right corner.

  • Activate the form by shifting the switch from Off to On (from red to green)
  • Click the Save button to save your form.

Step 7

After that, a pop-up will appear informing you that your form has been successfully created. Click the OK button to exit.
