How to Get a QR Code on Forms and Landing Pages

Now your subscribers can easily access your opt-in form. They no longer need to open a browser to enter your form URL. Simply open the camera on the smartphone, point it at the QR Code and your opt-in form will open automatically.

Get A QR Code On Form

To get a QR Code on the form, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to the aplikasi.kirim.email page.
  2. Click the Forms menu.
  3. Create a new form or edit an existing one and make sure the status of the form is ON.
  4. Your QR Code is in the DESIGN > PUBLISH OPTIONS > Hosted tab.
  5. Download the QR Code by clicking the Download QR Code button.



  6. Finished.

Get A QR Code On Landing Page

  1. Login to the aplikasi.kirim.email page.
  2. Click the Forms menu.
  3. Create a new landing page or edit an existing one and make sure the landing page status is ON.
  4. Click the PUBLISH tab to get your QR Code.
  5. Download the QR Code by clicking the Download QR Code button.



  6. Finished.

Print a QR Code

After you downloaded the QR code, insert it in a text editor such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. After that, you just need to adjust the paper size as well as the margins to print on the paper.

In addition, you can pack the QR code to make it even more attractive. Use an image processing application such as Photoshop. For free you can use Canva as the editor.

Scan the QR Code

And the last thing is scanning the QR code. For some smartphones, the default camera application can read QR codes. You just have to activate this feature on your camera. For example, the following is the QR code setting on the Redmi 4A smartphone camera.

However, not all smartphones camera support this QR code scan. So, we need to install a QR code scanning application on the Play Store and Apps Store. You can see how to scan the QR in the following video:
