How to Use Webhooks in KIRIM.EMAIL Transactional

Creating Webhooks

To create a Webhook in KIRIM.EMAIL Transactional, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the aplikasi.kirim.email page.
2. Go to the transactional email dashboard page.
3. Click the Webhooks menu.
4. Select the domain you want to add the Webhook to.
5. Click the Add New button.
   
   
   
   
6. In the Event Type field, select 1 of 9 options, such as :
   • Sent.
   • Delivered.
   • Opened.
   • Clicked.
   • Unsubscribed.
   • Bounced.
   • Temporary Fail.
   • Permanent Fail.
   • Rejected.
7. Enter your webhook URL in the URL field.
8. Click the Create Webhook button.
   
   
   
   
9. Now your webhook has been successfully added.
   
   
   
   
10. If you want to add more webhooks, repeat steps 5-8.
11. Finished.

Testing Webhooks

To test your webhook, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the aplikasi.kirim.email page.
2. Position your screen on the Webhooks page.
3. Make sure you’ve added at least 1 webhook.
4. In the Test Webhook section, select Event Type and enter your Webhook URL.
5. Then click the Test Webhook button.
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK on the success notification.
7. Finished.

Deleting Webhooks

To delete a webhook, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the aplikasi.kirim.email page.
2. Position your screen on the Webhooks page.
3. Click the trash icon (delete) on the URL and the Event Type you want to delete.
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK on the success notification.
5. Finished. Now your webhook has been deleted.
